Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of shipment date. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. We will provide you with a return label for a flat rate.

• CA$10 - International

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original unopened packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
