What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Will my order have tracking?
Yes, all shipment methods that we offer include tracking. This is to ensure that no orders go undelivered.
When does my order ship?
We process all orders same day (Mon-Fri) in the order that they are received. You will receive an Order Confirmation email after placing your order, and a Shipment Notification email after we have created your shipping label to provide you with your tracking information.
Orders are picked up by carrier at 11AM CST on Mondays and Thursdays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over US$25.
Will I have to pay duties?
Depending on what country you are shipping to, you may be required to pay duties. The amount is country dependent and may be affected by factors such as tariffs.
Where are DongTees made?
DongTees are designed and manufactured right here in Canada using sustainable manufacturing processes!
Can I cancel my order?
Of course! You can cancel your order up to 2 hours after purchase. We cannot cancel orders after your Shipment Notification email is sent.
What is the return policy for DongTees?
We offer returns within 30 days of order shipment. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Returns must be unopened in original packaging.
How do I make a return?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of order shipment. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. We will provide you with a return label for a flat rate.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original unopened packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
